依据教育部提出“要把人才培养的质量和效果作为检验一切工作的根本标准”为宗旨,提出重构“基础无机化学”教学设计的原则和做法。力图指导每章重构内容在专业上突出创新思维和科学研究,落实知识的“实、深、厚”;在能力上突出体现立足中国实践、反映国情民情、紧跟时代步伐、服务国家需求,强化“学以致用”;素质上体现出“专业与思政同向同行”,强化课程育人功能和中华民族的价值观体系。最终为形成中国特色、世界水平的“基础无机化学教学大纲”做出探索和铺垫。
