Taking the course of “Separation technology in the pharmaceutical analysis” as an example, this paper discusses the “spreading excellent culture” of the ten principles of teachers’ professional behavior in the new era from the aspects of optimizing the teaching contents, multi-learning, improvement of teachers’ quality and ability and teaching assessment.
