将钒元素及其化合物拟人化，以主人公的第一视角来讲述一个莫名其妙失忆的元素探索世界、了解自己、重拾记忆的故事，并在过程中巧妙地介绍了钒元素及其化合物的性质及应用，突出该元素在当下世界中的重要性，同时帮助读者去认识、主动了解不同价态的钒。
