人类王国与疾病王国的大战亘古已有，随着人类的科技进步，很多新的化学与医学手段应用于疾病治疗，虽然成果斐然，但还是有部分疾病人类无能为力。面对此情此景，光之国国王决定派遣紫外战士、蓝光战士以及红光战士前来应援。紫外战士大破新冠，蓝光战士智斗黄疸，红光战士刺杀癌症，一场人类王国联合光之国共同对抗疾病王国的战争就此打响。
