化工生产实习是化工类专业教学的重要环节，旨在培养和提高学生实践动手能力。面对现在校企合作实习举步维艰的境地，提出了一种高校结合化工学训工场和大型化工企业为基地开展本科实习教育的模式，并就该模式的优势和效果进行了探讨，为推动化工专业生产实习教学改革提供参考。
