细乳液聚合技术具有操作简便、绿色经济、适用范围广等优点,可以很好地应用于本科生新创性实验教学中;同时,通过在细乳液聚合中引入具有光致变色特性的螺吡喃衍生物,使制备的胶体粒子具有明显的光致变色和荧光开关特性,还可以进一步激发学生的实验兴趣和对科研的亲近感。本文通过一步细乳液聚合法,在75℃下聚合反应3 h制备了含螺吡喃衍生物——2-(3’,3’-二甲基-6-硝基螺[苯并吡喃-2,2’-吲哚啉]-1’-基)乙基-甲基丙烯酸酯(SPMA)的光致变色胶体粒子,利用激光粒度分析仪、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪和荧光光谱仪对胶体粒子进行粒径和光谱测试。结果表明,所制备的胶体粒子的粒径在60 nm左右,它在紫外光和可见光刺激下表现出明显的光致变色和荧光开关性质。初步的防伪应用表明其在荧光防伪上具有很大的应用价值。
