在师范类专业认证背景下，结合杭州师范大学材料与化学化工学院2020级化学（师范）专业人才培养方案的改革与修订，重新审查了化学师范专业培养计划中存在的问题，从构建“培养目标-毕业要求”和“毕业要求-课程体系”对应矩阵、优化专业课程设置以及强化实验实践教学等方面着手，总结和凝练以学生发展为中心的化学教育人才培养特色，持续推进化学师范专业特色建设。
