有机化学基于师范生核心素养的实践教学能力培养研究

作为落实立德树人这一教育目标的重要精神内核，核心素养为师范生专业课程改革提供了强大的理论支撑并指出了明确的改革方向。师范生核心素养的关键是学科综合素养，只有全面提高师范生的综合素养才能提升他们的核心素养从而增强师范生的教育实力，我国的中小学教育便能在优秀师范生的带动下，彰显出强大的生机和活力。作为中学化学知识的加强与延伸，大学有机化学教学已然成为化学师范生提升专业能力的重要基石。因此，我们要在大学有机化学的师范教育中融入核心素养的理念，在教学过程中使师范生将“所学”内化吸收为“所用”，培养师范生自身的核心素养，为他们日后成为优秀教育工作者打下坚实的素质基础。
