介绍一个从纳米探针的合成、表征、性质测试到应用研究的完整研究型综合实验。本实验利用纳米共沉淀法制备了有机聚合物纳米探针,用有机半导体聚合物(PFODBT)作为参比分子和荧光染料分子(IR775s)作为响应分子,构建吸光度和荧光双比率型探针,实现了对活性氧物种(ClO-和ONOO-)含量的检测。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱仪可实现比率型吸光度检测活性氧物种的含量。利用PFODBT和IR775s之间的荧光共振能量转移(FRET)原理,采用荧光光谱仪可实现比率型荧光检测活性氧物种的含量。该实验综合性强、操作简便、可行性好、有利于培养学生全面的实验技能和科研能力。
