建设一流专业是培养一流人才的保障和做强一流本科教育的基础。本文以杭州师范大学化学专业建设为例，面向浙江省中学教育改革和高考招生的特殊需求，在专业建设过程中看到成果的同时面对不足，通过对现有问题的深入分析，从人才培养质量保障体系、人才培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍建设及学科平台建设等方面探讨了化学一流专业建设的相关问题，提出了改进措施与思路、实施方案。
