基准物质的性状对标准溶液标定的影响——以硼砂为例

考查了酸碱滴定分析中的基准物质硼砂的性状对HCl标准溶液标定的影响。对属同一批次但性状不同的两种硼砂进行HCl标准溶液的标定，所得的盐酸浓度平均值分别为0.1049和0.1052 mol·L^-1，随后将分析测量数据进行了显著性检验，表明二者存在显著性差异，说明硼砂的性状不同可能是由于其性质的部分改变而引起的，这种性状的不同对HCl标准溶液浓度标定，乃至后续未知酸碱浓度测定等数据的准确度均会造成较大的影响。
