Reorganization and Teaching Practice of Organic Chemistry Laboratory Course for Cultivating Top Talents

This paper introduced the reorganization of organic chemistry experiment course in the Department of Chemistry of Fudan University with the view of training top talented students in basic subjects. The changes of this course and its application in the cultivation of innovative talents in the past ten years were discussed.
