Practice of Polymer Physics Teaching by Taking the Conformation Concept as the Main Line

In this paper, we propose that the term of conformation should be the backbone in teaching the polymer physics course. The origin of conformation, and its relationship to mechanical states, rubber-like elasticity, orientation, and rheology of polymeric materials, are discussed.
