上海交通大学颜徐州研究员和美国斯坦福大学鲍哲南教授团队合作,系统地总结了基于超分子聚合物材料电子皮肤的研究进展。该综述重点介绍了将电学活性超分子聚合物材料应用于电子皮肤的三种主要元件(导体、半导体和介电层)的最新成就,包括设计原则、改进方法、主要优势及可实现的应用性能(获得抗撕裂、可拉伸、自修复和生物可降解)等等。总结了利用超分子聚合物的刺激响应性,可降解性和可回收性对高纯度sc-单壁碳纳米管进行分类最新报道,简要介绍了它们在可拉伸电子产品中的应用。汇总了将这些具有固有拉伸性和自愈性的关键电子元件集成到多功能电子皮肤系统的最新进展。

最后,该文章指出,在过去的十年中,超分子聚合物材料的应用逐渐开启了了电子皮肤的各种功能,例如柔韧性,可拉伸性,顺应性,自我修复和抗撕裂特性以及感觉能力。此外,还实现了其他新兴特性,包括可植入性,可降解性和可回收性。尽管如此,在应用于现实应用之前,仍然需要克服一些限制和挑战。例如,稳定性不够、器件制造过程中固有的缺陷等等。但不可否认,新材料合成和新器件制造为超分子化学开辟了全新的途径,通过新型超分子聚合物设计与先进设备制造之间的协同作用,制作具有刺激响应性、可穿戴、可植入,可降解和可回收的消费类电子产品将更接近于现实。
