摘要: 以磷酸铵((NH43PO4)和抗坏血酸钠为原料,通过一步水热法合成了氮和磷共掺杂碳纳米粒子(N/P-CNPs),量子产率为19%。基于亚叶酸钙(CF)对N/P-CNPs的快速、高选择性猝灭,建立了测定CF的新方法。在最优实验条件下,在0.2~108.5 μmol/L范围内,CF的浓度与N/P-CNPs的荧光猝灭程度((F0-F)/F0F0为N/P-CNPs的初始荧光强度,F为加入CF后的荧光强度)呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.05 μmol/L。经实验验证,CF对N/P-CNPs的荧光猝灭机理为内滤效应和静态猝灭效应。将本方法用于实际样品中CF含量的检测,所得结果与高效液相色谱法测定结果基本一致,表明本方法具有良好的实用性,为检测CF提供了一种新策略。
