Through the one-pot method, for the first time, the NMR imaging reagent Mn²⁺ and the fluorescence imaging reagent fluorescein (FSD) were self-assembled on a simple metal organic framework (Mn-FSD). Fortunately, the particle size of as-obtained Mn-FSD can be controlled to the micro-nano level for bioimaging. The in vitro and in vivo outcomes confirm that Mn-FSD can show strong green fluorescence in cells and in nude mice. Simultaneously, Mn-FSD exhibited high relaxivity values (r₁=4.95 L·mmol^-1·s^-1).
