Abstract:
Epitranscriptomic modification-N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal modification in eukaryotic mRNA. m6A has been well studied in mammals and proved to be dynamic and reversible. In mammals, it is installed by the m6Amethyltransferase complex (writers) and can be reversed by demethylases (erasers); it can be recognized by m6A-binding proteins (readers) to regulate RNA processing, such as splicing, stability, translation efficiency, nuclear export and so on. However, the research of m6A in plants is less limited. Here we summarize the latest progresses of m6A, especially m6A study in plants, and further discuss the potential impacts of m6A on plant growth and development, and responses to external stimuli.

Abstract:
It is unquestionable that course teaching and learning is extremely important, however, the process of teaching and learning is complicated. To make it work well, educators should continually research the cognition process and the associated psychological process of human beings, which is a complicated research area. Teaching and learning research is scientific research that can be done well or not so well. The other important reason why the process is complicated is that the teaching and learning process is "chaotic". There is no "one-way" that people teach or learn science; all educators and learners are different. Therefore, there is no "one right way" to teach and learn science. A brief summary of what I learned, thought, and practiced for the course teaching and learning of "structural chemistry" was illustrated in this paper, especially by introducing a systematic SC@O course teaching and learning method, to address a move from teaching concrete discipline concepts and knowledge toward delivering generic skills, especially the LIC thinking skill, the STE@M skill and the ability in written and oral communication.

Abstract:
In current engineering colleges, the conflicts among teaching, learning and curriculum exams in organic chemistry are increasingly prominent. There is no doubt about the necessity and importance of examination for college students, which is always a basic evaluation method to investigate whether they have achieved the teaching requirements. In order to ensure the quality of teaching and improve the learning ability of students, the problems existing in the course of organic chemistry examination are reformed and perfected from various perspectives in this paper.

Abstract:
After several years of study on analytical chemistry laboratory teaching, the training model which takes basic analytical chemistry experiment as the core, open experiment as development, and research experiment as extension, was established. A new analytical chemistry laboratory teaching mode was set up through the integration of professional qualification certification, job requirements and skill contest into the course. Teaching practice proved that the training mode could set a good foundation for the students to carry out the subsequent graduation thesis and future research work.

[Abstract](484) [FullText HTML] [PDF 1856KB](1)
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems existing in the processing evaluation method of organic chemistry in vocational colleges, we preliminarily explored a new evaluation method which contains four parts: unit knowledge network diagram, innovative homework, midterm examination and course attendance. It has been proved that the new evaluation method can reflect objectively the students' usual learning situation, and at the same time, it can inspire students' independent learning and improve the teaching and learning effects.

Abstract:
Based on inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoceramics under the mechanic freedom and short circuit condition, bending distortion is produced when direct voltage was switched on one piece of piezoelectric bimorph which becomes shorter, and when inverse voltage is switched on the other, which is lengthened. Students can consolidate the basic knowledge and understand research thinking of material chemistry, material preparation, structure analysis and characterization. As a whole package, the course is effective in helping students complete a"visible, tangible materials and functional materials", highlight the professional application characteristics, and really appreciate the fun and knowledge application value.

[Abstract](572) [FullText HTML] [PDF 584KB](2)
Abstract:
Thermodynamic formula for the spherical droplet was obtained from the different analysis aspect based on the first/second law of thermodynamic. It should be pointed out that the pressure in formula is liquid pressure, but not gas pressure. According to the entropy and Gibbs free energy criteria, it was proved that the vapor-liquid equilibriumcondition is that the chemical potentials of two bulk phase are equal. It is noted that the phase equilibrium condition can not only be applied for the spherical droplet, but also for others shape droplets, and whether it is isolated system or a closed system and the type. In addition, the relevant problems in the literatures were discussed in detail and some obscure opinions were clarified.

[Abstract](597) [FullText HTML] [PDF 476KB](1)
Abstract:
A new explanation for chromatographic separation was proposed because the traditional explanation was rejected based on the objective analysis of the chromatographic phenomenon. In this study, the basic law of fluid motion was considered, the stationary phase was provided with new connotations, and the idea of a stationary energy field phase was investigated. The new explanation for chromatographic separation provides an alternative definition of the chromatographic phenomenon.
