以中北大学“化学工程与工艺”专业为例,构建“学训赛创”四元互促人才培养模式,在扎实的理论教学基础上,融入实验、实习、实训,并结合学科赛事,全面提升学生实践创新能力。实践结果表明,该模式强化了学生对复杂工程问题的处理能力,并显著提升了师资水平,为行业培养了工程创新人才,展现出良好的示范性和推广价值。
