智能致动器具有将外界刺激转化为机械运动的能力,在软体机器人、人造肌肉、传感器、智能皮肤等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本新创实验通过在聚酰亚胺高分子膜表面涂覆聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚体,并喷涂石墨烯乙醇分散液,制备出一种可以利用高分子材料的热膨胀系数差异对光、电、热等刺激产生响应的超疏水智能材料。从中国传统剪纸艺术和仿生结构获得灵感,将所得超疏水材料加工成爪形构造和可变形集水装置,利用材料的超疏水性质实现其在强酸,强碱等复杂应用环境下的稳定运行。此外,通过调整刺激电流大小实现了材料致动能力的智能化编程,进一步提升了新创实验的可控性和应用性。本新创实验融汇无机化学、高分子化学、仪器分析和材料化学等多个化学学科,实现理论与应用的巧妙衔接。所选用的实验原料无毒且易得,符合绿色化学的要求,体现了实验的可持续性。通过开发新型材料的制备技术,有效提升了材料的致动性能,极大地拓展了材料的应用场景。该新创实验现象明显,操作过程趣味性强,有助于激发学生的科研兴趣,提高学生的知识应用水平,培养学生的创新意识,同时提升学生的综合素质。该实验对学生的学习和成长具有积极的促进作用。

为了更深入地研究表面张力的经典实验,利用Origin软件,采用多种函数模型对表面张力与浓度曲线分别进行拟合,并对每种函数拟合的优缺点加以讨论。其中对数函数拟合数学准确性较高,同时兼具物理意义,更贴切实况。明确了表面张力与浓度拟合的经典实验中以对数函数模型最为适宜。

能量分解分析方法是一种研究分子相互作用的定量分析理论方法,在分子自组装、药物设计、化学反应机理、力场发展等各个领域得到广泛应用。现有化学本科教材对分子相互作用的讲授过于浅显,逐渐不适应现在化学系本科的培养要求。为深化大学本科学生对分子相互作用的认知,本文简述了能量分解分析方法的基本概念,介绍了具有代表性的广义Kohn-Sham能量分解分析(GKS-EDA)方法及其在六聚水多体效应中的应用。

A new polyoxovanadate compound [Co(pIM)V2O6] (1) was hydrothermally synthesized, where pIM stands for 2-(2-pyridyl)imidazole. For its characterizations, an integration of X-ray single crystal diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra, and elemental analysis was accomplished. The compound exhibited a 2D architecture composed of VO4 tetrahedra and CoO3N2 square pyramids via both edge - and corner - sharing. Considering the excellent catalytic oxidation features of polyoxovanadate, compound 1 was used as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the epoxidation of olefins with H2O2 as an oxidant, and could be reused without consuming activity. Besides, the magnetic studies indicated the antiferromagnetic interactions in 1.

Based on the 5-(3, 4-dicarboxyphenoxy) isophthalic acid (H4dppa) ligand, two lanthanide metal-organic frameworks (Ln-MOFs) were designed and synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis: {(dima)[Dy(dppa)(H2O)2]·2.5H2O}n (Dy - MOF) and {(dima) [Eu(dppa) (H2O)2]·1.5H2O}n (Eu - MOF) (dima=dimethylamine cation). The structures were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, etc. Dy-MOF and Eu- MOF are hetero-isomorphic 2D network structures, and adjacent 2D networks further form 3D supramolecular network structures through hydrogen bonding. Fluorescence analysis shows that Dy-MOF and Eu-MOF have excellent fluorescence properties at room temperature, and Dy-MOF has excellent fluorescence sensing properties, which can efficiently and high-sensitively detect a variety of pollutants in water: aniline (ANI), nitrobenzene (NB), tetracycline (TC), pyrimethanil (PTH), and tryptophan (Trp). The fluorescence quenching mechanism of Dy-MOF in detecting pollutants was also investigated.

以2,5-二氟苯甲酸(HDFBA)为第一配体,2,2'∶6',2″-三联吡啶(terpy)、1, 10-菲咯啉(phen)为第二配体,成功合成4种稀土有机配合物闪烁体:[Tb(DFBA)3(terpy)(H2O)] (1)、[Eu(DFBA)3(terpy)(H2O)] (2)、[Tb(DFBA)3(phen)] (3)、[Eu(DFBA)3(phen)] (4)。这些稀土有机配合物闪烁体展现出优异的X射线剂量响应性、光稳定性以及高达(25 100±2 000) photons·MeV-1的稳态X射线激发的相对光产额。通过调节配合物中Eu3+和Tb3+的物质的量之比,实现了从绿色到红色的多色发光。将它们以一定的比例掺入聚乙烯醇(PVA)基质中获得均匀闪烁体薄膜,实现了高分辨(11.2 lp·mm-1) X射线成像。

A coordination polymer {[Cd(H2dpa)(bpy)]·3H2O}n (Cd-CP) was designed and hydrothermal synthesized based on 4-(2, 4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phthalic acid (H4dpa), 2, 2′-bipyridine (bpy) and Cd(NO3)2·4H2O. The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, and infrared spectroscopy. Cd-CP belongs to the monoclinic crystal system with the P21/c space group and performs in a 1D double-chain structure. The adjacent double chains further form a 3D supramolecular network structure through hydrogen bonding. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that Cd-CP has good thermal stability. Fluorescence analysis showed that Cd-CP had good choosing selectively and was sensitive to metal ions (Fe3+ and Zn2+), 2, 4, 6-trinitrophenylhydrazine (TRI), and pyrimethanil (Pth). Interestingly, when Cd-CP was used for fluorescence detection of metal ions, it was found to have a fluorescence quenching effect on Fe3+ but had an obvious enhancement effect on Zn2+. Therefore, we designed an "on-off-on" logic gate. In addition, the mechanism of fluorescence sensing has been deeply explored.

以生物质橙子皮为原料,通过简单的一步水热法制备了橙子皮基碳量子点(orange peel-based carbon quantum dots,OP-CQDs),并用荧光分析法对其性质进行了研究。结果表明,OP-CQDs水溶性好、荧光强、在生理pH范围内性能稳定。OP-CQDs对铁离子(Fe3+)有特异性猝灭反应且灵敏度高,同时,L-抗坏血酸(L-ascorbic acid,L-AA)能够使OP-CQDs-Fe3+体系的荧光部分恢复,形成了“开-关-开”的荧光检测体系。Fe3+和L-AA的检出限分别为1.1和31.8 μmol·L-1。

使用多齿希夫碱配体H4L(H4L=N',N″-((1E,1'E)-(1,10-菲咯啉-2,9-二酰基)双(亚甲基)双(2-羟基苯甲酰肼))与Tb(acac)3·2H2O反应(acac-=乙酰丙酮根),通过溶剂热法,设计并合成了一例结构新颖的双核铽配合物[Tb2(L)(H2L)]·2CH3OH·CH3CN (1),并研究了该配合物的结构、荧光性质及生物活性。单晶X射线衍射分析表明该配合物主要含有2个TbⅢ离子和2个失去不同质子的配体离子(L4-和H2L2-)。中心Tb1和Tb2离子都是九配位的,其几何构型呈现扭曲的呼啦圈形。固体荧光实验测试结果表明:该配合物在室温下表现出TbⅢ离子的荧光特征发射峰。生物活性研究表明,与配体H4L和稀土离子相比较,配合物具有更强的抗菌活性。采用紫外可见光谱法、循环伏安法、凝胶电泳法和荧光光谱法研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用,结果表明配合物主要以插入作用的方式与小牛胸腺DNA结合。
