掺铽TiO₂柱撑膨润土复合光催化剂的制备及光催化性能

摘要: 通过溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel),以钛酸四异丙酯和Tb₂O₃为前驱体制备出一系列不同掺铽量的TiO₂柱撑膨润土(Tb-TiO₂-PILCs)。采用XRD、BET测试技术对制得的复合催化剂进行了表征。并以五氯酚钠为目标污染物,考察了它们的光催化性能。结果表明,掺铽与未掺铽的TiO₂-PILCs中TiO₂主要以锐钛矿型存在;掺铽的Tb-TiO₂-PILCs的光催化活性明显优于未掺铽的TiO₂-PILC,Tb/Ti质量比为0.5%的Tb-TiO₂-PILC催化活性最佳。复合催化剂具有回收容易,重复使用性好等特点。

Abstract: The terbium doped TiO₂ pillared bentonites (Tb-TiO₂-PILCs) were prepared with Ti(i-C₃H₇O)₄ and Tb₂O₃ as precursors by the sol-gel method.Characteristics of Tb-TiO₂-PILCs were examined with XRD and BET.Tb-TiO₂-PILCs were used as composite photocatalysts for the photocatalytic degradation of sodium pentachlorophenate (PCP-Na).The results indicate that all the pillared bentonites contain TiO₂ in the anatase phase.The photocatalytic activities of Tb-TiO₂-PILCs are superior to that of non doped TiO₂-PILC.Tb-TiO₂-PILC shows the most photocatalytic activity when the mass percent of Tb/Ti is 0.5% among all the catalysts.In addition,the experiments also illustrate that the composite photocatalysts can be easily recovered,regenerated and reused.
